- Dropshipping & Shipping Times: Please note that Velvetique operates on a dropshipping model. This means that while we handle all customer service and quality assurance, our products are shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners. As a result, shipping times may vary and can take longer than traditional domestic shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but are not guaranteed.
- Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. Velvetique is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional fees required to clear your package.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may do this on a case-by-case basis.
